1 General Provisions

jilvip operates as an online casino and sports betting platform made available to eligible players in the Philippines. These Terms apply to all products, services, features, games, promotions, and content offered through the jilvip website and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

These Terms should be read alongside jilvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between jilvip and its players. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jilvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. jilvip shall not be liable to any player or third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for the convenience of Filipino players, the English version shall take precedence in all interpretive disputes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jilvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jilvip from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of jilvip or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether voluntary or regulatory, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

jilvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jilvip. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Players are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their jilvip account. You must:

• Keep your password and account credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing jilvip from a shared or public device.
• Notify jilvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensure that all personal details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date. Changes to personal information must be submitted through the official account management process.

jilvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that it reasonably believes has been accessed without authorization, is involved in fraudulent activity, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms. In such cases, jilvip may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account balances are non-transferable. Players may not transfer funds between jilvip accounts, sell or assign their account to another individual, or allow any third party to use their account for gambling purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilvip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilvip supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards. Additional payment methods may be made available at jilvip's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jilvip is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. jilvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network interruptions beyond jilvip's reasonable control.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. jilvip reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment account if this condition is not met.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified, including identity verification, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of jilvip's anti-money laundering controls.
• jilvip aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days. Bank transfers may take up to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

jilvip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilvip offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn as real money.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically permitted by the relevant promotion, players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time.
• Abuse & Manipulation: jilvip reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, used automated software, exploited a technical error, or otherwise manipulated a promotion unfairly.
• Changes to Promotions: jilvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted the promotion and are actively meeting its requirements will be allowed to complete those requirements under the original terms where reasonably practicable.

Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes and are intended for use on jilvip games only. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used for any purpose other than wagering on eligible jilvip games.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on jilvip are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to the game rules published by each respective provider. Players are encouraged to review the rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) information for each game before wagering real money.

jilvip games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure that game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. jilvip does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round may be voided and any stakes placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. jilvip's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to applicable regulatory review.

Players must use jilvip for personal entertainment only. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with jilvip games or place wagers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilvip. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in evading a jilvip account restriction or ban.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading identity or verification documents.
• Using jilvip for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live dealer manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned to jilvip.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith after withdrawing or using deposited funds.
• Accessing jilvip using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to disguise your true location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilvip staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilvip platform — including but not limited to the jilvip brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilvip platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any jilvip content without prior written consent.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on jilvip software or game content.
• Using jilvip's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create confusion or imply an unauthorized affiliation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting jilvip data through automated means for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorized use of jilvip's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law and applicable international treaties.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with a player's use of, or inability to use, the jilvip platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system downtime, or communication network failures.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of a player's account due to a player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling decisions made on the jilvip platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Interruption or cessation of jilvip services due to circumstances beyond jilvip's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

jilvip's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism. If gambling stops being fun, jilvip provides the following tools to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilvip account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from jilvip for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jilvip for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the exclusion period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

jilvip also operates age verification controls and will take action to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed jilvip through their account must notify jilvip support immediately.

11 Termination

jilvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct toward jilvip or other players.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.
• A regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonuses, pending investigations, or outstanding obligations will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method on file, subject to completion of identity verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting jilvip customer support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within five (5) business days of a confirmed and verified request.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilvip operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the broader legal framework applicable to their use of jilvip services.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The failure of jilvip to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by jilvip.
